A: NO, UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO WAIVE A CUSTOMER'S INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT CAN BE CONSIDERED A FORM OF INSURANCE FRAUD. MOST SHOPS THAT OFFER THE WAIVER OF INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLES HAVE TO COMPROMISE SOME PORTION OF THE REPAIR PROCESS, IN ORDER TO COVER THAT COST WHILE STILL MAINTAINING A PROFIT MARGIN.

A: UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN AVERAGE REPAIR. ALL REPAIR TIMES ARE BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL JOB, LENGTH OF TIME TO INSTALL OR REMOVE PARTS AND LABOR HOURS ON THE ESTIMATE. A MORE ACCURATE TIME FRAME CAN BE GIVEN TO YOU ONCE WE COMPLETE THE ESTIMATE.

A: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HONDA /NISSAN/ BMW/(ETC.) PAINT. WHEN YOUR VEHICLE WAS ASSEMBLED AT THE FACTORY, YOUR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER APPLIED A PAINT THAT WAS SOLD TO THEM IN BULK BY ONE OF THE LARGE PAINT SUPPLIERS. (WHOEVER SOLD PAINT AT THE BEST PRICE DURING THAT TIME). IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THE SAME FACTORY PAINT SINCE THE PROCESS IS VERY DIFFERENT. FOR EXAMPLE: IN THE ASSEMBLY LINE THE VEHICLES ARE BAKED AT 300-360 DEGREES, THIS WOULD MELT ALL THE NON-METAL COMPONENTS LATER INSTALLED IN YOUR CAR. 


WE UTILIZE SPIES HECKER REFINISH PRODUCTS IN OUR FACILITY, THEY ARE VERY WELL KNOWN FOR HAVING THE CLOSEST MATCH POSSIBLE IN THE INDUSTRY TO INSURE A FLAWLESS REPAIR. THIS BRAND ALSO CARRIES A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST ANY DEFECTS IN THE MATERIALS FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR VEHICLE.

A: WATERBORNE PAINT IS A HIGH SOLIDS PRODUCT WHERE WATER IS THE CARRIER OF THE COLOR INSTEAD OF SOLVENTS. IT IS CLEANER AND GENERATES 25% LESS POLLUTION EMISSIONS THAN SOLVENT PAINT. MOST VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS HAVE OR ARE MOVING TO WATERBORNE PAINT SYSTEMS. WE USE IT BECAUSE IT IS A BETTER, SAFER PRODUCT THAT HELPS IMPACT THE ENVIRONMENT LESS AND INSURES THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO BETTER MATCH FACTORY COLORS INTO THE FUTURE. ALSO, OUR ESTIMATOR IS FAMILIAR WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY’S CLAIMS PROCESS AND KNOWS THEIR LOCAL ADJUSTERS, MAKING IT EASY TO COMPLETE THE ESTIMATE PROCESS AND REPAIRS QUICKLY.
